Active Workforce is a not for profit service providing health and wellbeing benefits for employees based in Sefton.

 

For as little as £15 per member, per year, employers can provide a range of valuable benefits to all their staff including discounted full gym memberships, NHS health checks and expert health and well being seminars, plus much more...

Discover Active Ageing

Not ready to slow down?

Active Ageing is a free 12 week programme designed to help with the prevention of falls for those aged 65 and over.

 

It includes a range of exercises aimed at focusing on improving strength and balance in order to help reduce the risk of a fall occurring. 

Getting out and

Enjoying the outdoors

Walking can offer numerous health benefits to people of all ages and fitness levels. It may also help prevent certain diseases and even prolong your life. Plus, it is free to do and easy to fit into your daily routine. All you need to start walking is a sturdy pair of shoes or trainers.

Here, in Sefton, we are blessed with many beautiful outdoor spaces. From beaches to parks, there are many places to safely get out and walk, whilst still staying safe.
